APCS has experience and knowledge when it comes to both installing New Software packages as well as the Upgrade of existing Software packages AND Mac and PC Operating Systems. APCS knows that for older Mac computers, an upgrade to a newer Mac OS Version may make important installed software programs completely unusable after the Mac has been upgraded. Examples of that would include Microsoft Office, Quicken or Quickbooks, and many other important software applications as well.
One of the very most important tasks that each computer owner should Always Do is to back up their existing Data files to an External Hard Drive Before New or Existing Software programs are installed!! And, not all backup programs are the same, so it’s critical that the Correct Backup is done, to both PCs and to Macs.
